Speed KILLS and so do I on MWII. Make movement your thing by turning up your Stick Sensitivity and turning down your ADS sensitivy and enabling sensitivy per zoom. Find the right balance for you by starting low on stick sensitivity. Try (7or 8) and 25-30 or 35-40 on ADS on low zoom, then gradually TURN up Stick Sensitivy while simutaniously tweeking and lowering ADS Sensitivity to your liking. Remeber once you find your balance, for each level that you increase your Stick Sensitivity you will equally need to lower your ADS Sensitivity. Mine is currently 9 for Horizontal 7 vertical and 35 ADS low zoom. I like it a bit faster but I am doing polyatomic headshots so its tuned for that.
