I really enjoyed this level. When I first started playing NoSp3, I wasn’t even thinking about recording my playthroughs. I remember finding this level somewhat generic back then. But now, playing it again, I realize it’s not as bad as I thought. The music is amazing, and the fights are really cool. Maybe my initial impression was because the whole level relies heavily on the BFG. But if you pay close attention at the beginning of the level, there are actually more weapons available than just the BFG.
I guess I just missed this WAD too much. It’s probably one of the best things I’ve ever played. Its amateur and experimental style really did catch me all this time. What a masterpiece. I’m so glad I decided to start recording NoSp3 first.
