Queue for prop hunt, and wait until you get raid as your map. Once you become a hunter, you'll be spawning at the garage, with the windows behind you that you can jump out of to die. There's no respawn timer, and, you will always spawn back in the garage. I managed to get around 100 deaths within 2-3 minutes. If you do this the entire game, imagine how many deaths you'll have!
