War of Velana combines exploration and an orthographic grid-based tactical battle system, to create a very fun turn-based RPG experience. I enjoyed being able to explore the way I wanted and also being able to use whatever combat strategies that I wanted. The story is also very gripping and it makes you want to play more, and explore more.
