5NS-Tower is a simple Japanese game made by NAGI-P Soft.
The object of the game is that the main character must go up (ascend) as many floors (levels) as possible.
It's similar with NS-Shaft which the same company made but it's reversed.
In addition to that, it's more difficult than NS-Shaft, I think.
