Starting September 30th, New York City is (finally) allowing indoor dining - albeit at ~25% capacity. This summer, restaurants in the city have been setting up outdoor dining areas on the sidewalk and/or street. These setups are likely to be torn down as the weather gets colder.

I figured I'd capture this moment in time, as outdoor dining might not reappear in the spring of 2021 if the virus becomes under control.

Video was captured on Sept 20th in the afternoon. Temp was 60 degrees. Area was Gramercy Park and Union Square.
