Biography :
Border Terror is a Colombian Death Metal band formed in the city of CΓΊcuta in January 2017, but whose concept has been developing since August 2016, when the guitarist Alex Mora after many years living in Caracas - Venezuela and having played in some bands in that country (among which Blood Insane stands out), decides to return to Colombia; there he initially contacted Hector Sanabria a young drummer of the band Spectral and bassist Diego Barajas an old friend and comrade in arms in the Flame Eterna and MegatheriuM bands, as well as Carlos Corzo "Gordo Pan" also old friend and former guitarist of Flame Eternal, thus forming the band under the premise of making dense Death Metal with a marked influence of the old school, in that context begins the search for a vocalist; After some tests and some auditions it was decided to incorporate to the ranks of Border Terror to AndrΓ©s Ardila a young vocalist who came from the band Blessed Soul, being defined the current lineup:

Border Terror seeks to return to the path of the old death metal, that of the late 80's and early 90's, mixing influences that come from both the American American school (such as Death, Deicide, Cannibal Corpse, Obituary, Incantation, Monstrosity, others), as of the European mainly Swedish (Entombed, Dismember, Carnage, Hypocrisy, Entrails, Carcass, Fleshcrawl, Decapitated among others), but with tints typical of South American Metal made in Colombia, its sound is characterized by the strength and density of the "Buzzsaw" all this mixed with particular trends of the style of each member.
