* Note that this mod removes a vanilla dungeon from the game
* Easy access to home, though 50,000 Gold may be a bit much for as is
* (Maybe) Minor issues with some terrain clipping in the nearby outer area
* Main living quarters seems somewhat empty
* Well-placed decorations in other rooms that liven the area
