2I was watching the stream on my computer to make sure everything was working correctly. After a while, I stated hearing myself speak in an infinite loop, and it took me a while to realize that it was because I was watching on my computer and OBS records audio from everything that's running on the computer. If I had screen record on, it would have been a bit more obvious. Here's the laughable clip of me trying to figure out what's going wrong.
