This video is an update/addendum to my previous OBS Studio audio tutorial, incorporating what I've learned by experimenting further with the settings.
Here's the previous video:

The old video also goes into how to actually add the filters to your audio processing chain, and arrange them in the correct order, but hopefully it's pretty self-explanatory anyway. If not, just watch the video!
EDIT:
About a day after making this video, I figured out an improved way of implementing the same concepts, which is kind of embarrassing lol.
I switched the -12 dB limiter to AFTER the compressor, and changed the limiter's threshold to -16 dB. I also set the output gain of the compressor to zero, and put the 10dB output gain on the limiter instead. So that more or less has the effect of limiting to -6dB in any case.
i.e. -16 threshold + 10 gain = -6dB limiting.
I also realised (by looking at the waveform in an audio editor) that my Blue Yeti mic was clipping occasionally, even though I had the gain knob on the mic turned down as low as it would go. So I turned the mic volume down from 100 to 95 in the Windows 10 settings and that seemed to fix the problem. I then turned the output gain of the limiter up from 10 dB to 12 dB to compensate for the slight volume loss.
Hope that all makes sense. :)
