This is my current base daily grind route for historic materials and bonfire of battle leaf farm. Play at 2x speed. There are other things to do like kill the more advanced Bonfires 2 elites and the BD100 NPC for Elvis's heroites. However, this can serve as basis. I routed out two of the historic material NPCs because they take much longer.
