My thoughts on this part:

I/ Wispermill overview:
◘ 1:01, 1:26 Seems that the loss of his childhood sweetheart caused him to stop believing in Sacred Flame. Before completing Ophilia's chapter 4, he was described as a pious person or so (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1709GoWB04&t=49s), but none of that does matter to him now because Ophilia can't guide him. Could be the same reason for Primrose, I mean he's loyal... so the sweet words from Allure won't affect him 🤔
◘ 4:50 Reasonable with the plot from Ophilia's chapter 4.
◘ 6:26, 8:22 A married couple (not young 😅). I wonder where their child is? Seems like they also own the Inn or have a relationship with the owner (based on the glean information from the wife).
◘ 9:34 This line fits well when we know nothing about the altar but since we already kick Mattias's ass to have her talking about this, I feel it a bit weird. I mean she talks like we don't know anything 🤣. 9:41 They only regret when they have lost something, it's an irrevocable fact 😥.

II/ Theracio's Tutelage (III)
◘ The only thing I wonder about this quest is how the hell does we know Professor Bastete is in Clearbrook? There is no hint at all. If not for the guide I've read before, I don't think I can finish this in any time soon 🤔
◘ Theracio's having trouble recruiting students. To be fair, I haven't seen any children in Wispermill, so maybe that's the problem. 😂😂😂

III/ Tilting at Windmills
◘ Some quests need to talk to the quest giver to activate, some don't. This quest is typical of the latter, as it can be completed early if you are in the habit of using Olberic/H'aanit to beat all the NPCs in each town (but I guess not, Therion/Tressa is the most used one).
◘ Interesting fact, Bryan is weak to Thunder, which Slender Farmer drops a lot (28:52). Sometimes you'll wonder why she doesn't deal with him herself 🙃
◘ 34:32 Love the fact that whenever Bryan is gonna talk shit and our character's animation be like "Oh no, you don't" 😂
◘ 42:58 This is the most reasonable choice, I also can't bear to see an invention like this be forgotten. Though it's funny that the people of Wispermill are using outside mills.

IV/ Scaredy Sheep
◘ This quest reminds of "A Lying Shepherd" folklore. Although there are no lies here.
◘ They named the boss Mánagarmr. A bit weird when Hróðvitnir from Ophilia chapter 2 is easier than him (Hróðvitnir is Mánagarmr's father), it should the other way around 😂. Not joking this boss is hard...
◘ 1:53:30 For a boss that heavily physical oriented, the reward for magic accessories might be a bit counterintuitive 🤔
