You can get Oculus dash and rift core 2.0 by opting into the beta through the Oculus software and then restarting the Oculus client

Good
- Best Desktop viewer in VR so far
- Very well optimised
- Works in all Programs ( like steam VR compositer)
- Very stable
- Can position windows wherever you like
- Has some nice snap options and navigation tools
- Very clear image of desktop in VR

Bad
- Still in beta
- no transparency options
- placing windows over a game can sometimes be tricky as you cannot move them when the game external app is visible
- be nice to be able to mount a window to the back of a controller.
