Some cellphone video to capture the Oculus hardware & software crashing from within the HMD, including the sounds when it happens.
Recording the OculusMirror on my PC does not capture it, just holds the last frame before the crash.
The game being played is Frontline Heros from the Oculus store.
Oculus ended up replacing the HMD for me, if this issue is happening to you, contact Oculus support ASAP before your warranty is over! If you can not replace it, try using a powered usb hub, and this may work for you, as it can helped a commenter.
