Hello and welcome to Oddtober Season 2! This year throughout October, there will be weekly videos reviewing all of the ports and remakes the Oddworld series has seen, starting with Oddworld Adventures which was developed by Saffire and published by GT Interactive. It was released in 1998 and is exclusive to the original Game Boy. This makes it the first Oddworld game released on a Nintendo console, as well as the first handheld entry in the series too. Despite the popularity of both Oddworld and the Game Boy, not many people seem to have heard of this game and even fewer have played it for themselves. Is it a lost gem for the Game Boy or is it worth forgetting about all together? Let's take a look!

Also, something I forgot to mention in the video is that in the last season of Oddtober I gave a higher score to Stranger's Wrath than Abe's Oddysee, yet in this video I rank Abe's Oddysee higher than Stranger's Wrath. This is because despite Abe's Oddysee being potentially more flawed (therefore deserving of a lower overall score), I think it's a better game than Stranger's Wrath despite it's flaws. Hopefully that makes sense!
