63This is a review of Oddworld Adventures 2 which was developed by Saffire, published by GT Interactive and released in 1999 for the Game Boy Color. Once again, this portable entry in the series is a sort of demake of a mainline console game, this time being a port of Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus (which I consider to be the best game in the franchise).
The first Oddworld Adventures game left quite a lot to be desired, but maybe with the sequel being on slightly more powerful hardware, it'll be a better overall experience. But as you know, there's only one way to find out if that's the case and that's for us to take a look at it together! So let's go!
