This video pretty much covers everything about the Pathfinder ship. When used correctly. Pathfinders are one of the best ships in the game, and should be considered an essential ship for all types of players

Obtaining Pathfinders can be tricky if you are not the Discoverer class. There are several methods you can obtain them though, and there is always the option to temporarily change your class if you want to obtain a large amount

One thing not covered in the video that's pretty important, is to make sure you have a decent level of Hyperspace Drive. The base stat for speed can be quite low otherwise
