Truff found the village that his friend, Mitch, lives in, but he can't go in because the villagers are afraid of him.

You can talk to Mitch so he can meet Truff. You can also start an optional asterisk quest where the asterisk holder, Glenn, needs our help to wake up his brother. He gave his brother Glynn a dreaming potion so that he can see his deceased wife, but the latter won't wake up. We have to get an ingredient from Crystalcap Mountain so that Glenn can make a potion to enter Glynn's dreams.
16:31 Truff Conclusion?
Mitch meets Truff, but the latter gets trapped under a large rock. We have to use the knack to break the rock, though I don't know if that can be used on other rocks.

There are new sidequests in Wiswald, one of which involves hunting monsters in Rimedhal.
24:48 Crystalcap Mountain
When a snowstorm blows, your party will be forced to move slowly, which could make it hard to avoid encounters if you're underleveled. Be sure to activate the teleport point partway into the dungeon, since you'll be returning here soon.

For some reason, Glenn is a villainous ogre king in this dream.
31:22 Boss: Glenn (Hard)
He can deal fixed damage and he can counter almost anything, so make sure to have Countery Savvy.
37:19 Waking Up Glynn
Turns out the dream version of Glenn was trying to push Glynn to be more decisive about his relationship with Aine. In the real world, Glenn gives the party his asterisk.
