Oh Gross! (10.27.17 - Day 2731)

Apple crisp recipe as I baked it (I'm going to change it a bit to suit our taste)

4 cups sliced or cubed apples (peeled)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
stir all of this together

Topping:
3/4 cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter (not softened, cold)
Use a fork to mix and it will be crumbly.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
My mom doubles the topping. We like to eat it with vanilla ice cream :)
