Old Blademancer was a bit unfair

One of the problems that initial Blademancer implementation had, being able to kill this hunter just from the 'pull out damage' from 100 meters away before he was able to take cover or even stop the bleed because of how fast and easy it was to go into dark sight to retrieve the arrow immediately, and from complete cover and silence because of the distance... yeah, it made old Blademancer a bit broken for sure. You could even retrieve the ammo THROUGH cover (solid walls, hay, floors, ceilings, etc).

After this kill I couldn't help but think how 'unfair' the kill felt from the opponent's perspective, can't take cover or stop the bleed before the shooter (me in this case) pulled the arrow out.
