In the first video we saw the intro and first dungeon. This time we'll go through the second dungeon, acquire access to the graveyard area and do some business there, despite the area being quite dangerous at level 3. I'll try to cut out some more wandering about in future videos.

Now that I know that I can get good-quality footage of the game, I've decided to actually do a full playthrough. As the game goes on the EXP and gold grind become mind-numbingly time-consuming so I've given myself maximum gold and will increase my level as necessary; to keep the experience at least somewhat authentic, I won't increase my level more than a couple steps above what the game expects of me.

I recommend checking out their more recent Castlevania fangames, especialle Lecarde Chronicles 2; very solid stuff with some of the same feel as in Lost Valley:

Lost Valley is an old-school adventure game made by MIG2 using Multimedia Fusion 1.5. The game is absolutely massive, especially considering that it's a one-person project made using MMF 1.5's engine that wasn't best suited for large-scale projects.
