Olgrierd , Gaunter , Bruxa & More | The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt [Part - 19 Hearts Of Stone End]
3Before this stream, I had played the Hearts of Stone DLC and completed some quests related to Olgierd von Everec. First, he tasked me with killing a monster, which turned out to be a prince cursed into a toad. After killing it, I was captured by the prince’s soldiers, who were angered by his death. At this point, a mysterious man named Gaunter O’Dimm, also known as the Master of Mirrors, appeared. He helped Geralt escape but bound him to a pact, leaving a mark on his face.
Later, it was revealed that Olgierd and Gaunter had a history—Gaunter grants three wishes to those who make pacts with him, but always with a catch. Since Gaunter had helped Olgierd in the past, he now needed to fulfill his three wishes, and Geralt was tasked with making them come true. Olgierd's first wish was to bring him a house, and his second was to give his deceased brother, Vlodimir, a chance to enjoy life for one night. This led to a quest where I had to possess Vlodimir’s spirit and take him to a wedding with Shani—a character I really liked.
In between, there were a couple of small random interactions. One involved a tax collector approaching Geralt and asking him some questions—depending on his answers, the collector could either issue a tax notice or let Geralt go. Another was when Geralt was entering an auction house, and two guards stopped him, demanding a bribe to enter. I refused to pay them, and then a third officer arrived, warned them, and allowed me to pass without any issues.
Then in this stream , I proceeded with fulfilling Olgierd’s third wish, which was to retrieve a flower he had once given to his wife, Iris. This quest ended with a challenging boss fight against Iris’ greatest fear, which I absolutely loved. After that, I completed the final quest of the Hearts of Stone DLC, where I defeated Gaunter O’Dimm in a battle of wits.
Following that, I moved on to the Blood and Wine DLC, where I fought higher vampires, including a Bruxa, and unlocked mutations.
