Chapter 5: Purgatory. Finally finished Chapter 4. While at Serena,Kiryu gets a call from Shinji. Turns out it was the Tojo Clan themselves that tried to kill Fuma,and he's on the run with him now! With no other leads to go on,Kazuma decides to go meet with the legendary informant,Kage of Purgatory. We can start a Side Mission called A Doctor's Duty,but cannot finish it yet. Simply give a Food item to the kid standing outside of Purgatory to the Northeast,on Park Blvd. As Kiryu tries to enter the area,he's accosted by Bums with Guns! Thankfully,Kage intervenes and lets him through. Purgatory is in essence just a park,but it's been taken over by bums and hobos. Coin Locker Keys 13 and 15 can be found topside,while 1 and 15 are in the Underground. We're able to finish the Quid Pro Quo Side Mission now,by giving the Tape to a guy near the stairs to the underground. He gives us a Briefcase,which we can give to a guy back outside for a Tortoiseshell Plate (after a fight). I also do the Side Missions Art and Talent Part 2,Art and Talent Part 3,Art and Talent Part 4,and Art and Talent Part 5. These revolve around the paintings of that struggling artist on Park Blvd,so you have to have bought those first.
