Conclusion:
Omnioculus had 9 smoke bombs back to back, but at a push would be 10 with 100% strength which is 60 seconds of constant invisibility. The Sixth Coyote had 8 smokes back to back in total.
Overall I would say the sixth coyote to win for solo play and Omnioculus to be for team play.
Both builds work but sixth coyote has more options for better stat distributions for hunter mains.
