Located on McDowell Road just west of State Route 51, Tacos Chiwas has quickly become a foodie haven and will soon be featured on the Food Network's "Diners, Drives, and Dives." Joining Councilwoman Gallego is Tacos Chiwas Owner Armando Hernandez to tell us more about the restaurant.
