Bonus video on how the updates to the Cannon Ship helped as well moving them over to the Missile Ship. Ran into a lot of issues that found out after the video and tell you what I was missing in the video to fix them here. I have my son in the back round of this video so there is some loud noises going on as he plays in this video!
The Missile issue was that there was nothing to lock on to to make the full speed go up. I made the fix and changed out the missiles and they working great!
The issue with the ship movement was the Yaw lock distance. I set it to 300 meters then the ship moves the way I want it too. The issue was the speed of the ship. Having it set to 50 meters was to small of a zone for it. I miss spoken in the video how Yaw worked on the ship. It always wants to return to the same point the ship. The full speed of the ship slowing down would be out the range of 50 Meters and that is why is was always using full speed after turning around. At 300 Meters the ship was able to slow down and stay in the 300 Meter range which will makes the ship go into what I call maneuvering mode. In this mode the max speeds of forward thrust is not needed. The issue of 1000 Meters was that the ship was in maneuvering mode to early. That is why all the ship would want to turn around and hit each other and as well go slowly. I hope this makes sense if not please ask in the comments below!
