This is One Hour In, a series where we play a different Xbox Game Pass game each week and see how far we can get in an hour. This week is Phoenix Point, is a turn-based tactics game (think X-COM) set in a dystopian world where huge swathes of the population have mutated into crab monsters. The unique (and brilliant) addition is the use of real bullet physics, armour and limb targeting. Want to slow down a fast moving monster? Remove its legs. Struggling to damage a heavy unit? Focus fire one piece of armour to get to the squishy insides.
