TS Usopp action. He is a really strong character who can really take advantage of his range to play safe, particularly on nightmare dream log. STTT gets a multi hit extension, though despite the initial launcher having a large hitbox, you have to be close for the multi hit follow up. SSTTT gets an extra hit, not overly great, but not bad either. TSSS gets the same multi swing PTS Usopp has. It's good if you can pull it off, but relatively unsafe to just randomly throw out. TTSSS is probably his best level break string. It becomes a really strong area and combo tool. His overall moveset is really strong with a mix of area and hard hitting ranged tools.
