We're back in One Way Bay to add some more residential and commercial space to the area. We need to start a new district to get some more room for businesses to move in. We have a bit of commercial demand but no room to put any in so we have to expand.

Luckily, we have some space planned out next to Riverston that is prime for development. I wanted to make this area a bit different then the neighboring Riverston. Both will be grid based neighborhoods. This new district will be a longer, narrower grid based layout.

I also went into the workshop to find some new assets to put into the city. I've found a bunch of american suburbia style homes and created a new style to put these new homes into. We've set this district to the new style.

We will need to name this district, so leave your suggestions in the comments below!
