Onimusha DoD: minimum kills and no upgrade challenge part 1 (Stage 1-3)
13Onimusha Dawn of Dreams: minimum kills and no upgrade challenge.
Rules:
1. Minimum kill: Only kill the enemies that are necessary to kill (Such as boss, door genma, and those genmas who create a barrier at the main path). So no rare drop equipment and no training.
2. No weapon upgrade: Do not level up any weapon. So all weapons are level 1 only.
3. No armor upgrade: Do not level up armors. So all armors are level 1, no 4 accessories at a time and only equip 1 accessory is allowed.
4. No soul absorption: Do not absorb any soul especially Yellow, Blue and Purple soul, Red soul is not that important because I won't upgrade the weapons and armors in this challenge. Also it is okay to absorb poison in some boss battle.
5. No enhance skill: Do not add any point for any skill. So no new moves like H. Splitter...etc.
6. No shopping: Do not buy anything from the shop. So no Fudo, no Rosary equipments from the shop...etc.
7. No combine: Do not combine anything with the partner. So no Muramasa, no early Monument...etc.
8. No item: Do not use any recovery item.
9. No jewel: Power, Oni and Drive jewels are not allowed to use.
10. No EXP boost equipment: I want to complete this challenge with as low level as possible.
11. No revisit: Do not revisit any place to look for those revisit only equipments. Also I want to complete this challenge as fast as possible.
12. No Test of Valor: With the minimum kill rule and the other rules, it is possible to complete 3 ToV (I did them during my practice run), but I decided not to complete any ToV. So no ToV equipment.
13. No Dark Realm: Thanks to minimum kill rule, entering Dark Realm is not allowed. So no DR equipments.
14. Normal Mode difficulty: Normal Mode is hard enough under all these rules.
-At first, I was planning to add the rule joke weapon only for this challenge and it was okay for the first 10 chapter. But during my practice run at chapter 10 boss fight, a level 1 joke weapon is not strong enough to stop the boss instant death attack... so I decided not to add this rule.
