For the amount of money that is being spent on these programs #Locally/#Nationally for the sole purpose of " acquisition of intelligence"- we are getting minimal to almost zero credible intelligence which presents a problem in a #Capitalist economy that relies extensively on #ThePeople for these grants/funding of such projects. [IE:Taxpayers, funds, off-shored funding of such accounts, foreign business contracts etc et al.]

The way forward to ensure the continuity of the #SectorsOfSecurity where the craft of intelligence is concerned as well as the collective integration of said intelligence, will require greater #reform, more connections, more #business talks between #nations that the #US previously exploited but may now need.
This will prove to ease tensions between #Nations as well as alleviate the burden it places on this #Nation's economy through tax payers, #WorkingClass, #MinorityCommunities as well as businesses at large.

The C.I.A. has never directed anything directly or exclusively though has always served as a “mediation group” to bridge the differences among nations and insurgencies, promote change, and audit different sectors of ALL economies and activities within said region. [When and IF applicable.]

It should be worth mentioning that the power dynamics of our current modern day world have largely been shifted unfavorably with a pretense to divert attention and funds by certain national interests that not only fail to show their commitment but spit in the face of Unity; continuation of funding our global commitment toward a New Dawn of #Unity through cooperation is to be complied with – but force will be exercised should nations continue to mock, ignore and betray the Uniform Standing Of Our Organizations toward a better world overall [as has been the case throughout our collective histories.] ; which can ONLY be achieved with robust oversight and new programs at the head of which is the UN.
The increase in funding toward humanitarian efforts and diplomatic missions should be contributed to by ALL Nations Of the World . Failure to do so results in hate speech, divisions, and lack of progress toward the global humanitarian efforts we share as men, women, brothers, sisters and nations.
The re-stratification of the #worldwide #markets and their economies will serve as a precedent for EVERY #Nation.
