We've already taken care of a a few 'hot spots' but haven't tackled the major bottlenecks of our system. The in/out of every facility is always going to have the highest traffic. One way to handle that is to build 'stackers' which allow trains to queue up. This prevents them from taking space on the main line, freeing up traffic.
