OpenXR NIS Scaler test in the city and in the mountains - Gamechanger!! VR Flying Quest 2 MSFS 2K
Pie in the Sky Tours comes through again with great advice to make it all a little better. I am showing off the improvements that are plainly visible with the install and use of OpenXR NIS Scaler tool.
Tremendous difference! Able to increase many settings way beyond what I had before.
Now because I know that someone will ask if I am using AirLink or the Link cable, I use neither. I fly using Virtual Desktop with SteamVR. No Oculus tools or applications. Fully wireless. No Debug tool or Tray tool.
Render Resolution 80Hz 1.5 Render
Please check the tutorial at Pie in the Skies Tour. I am not going over the install or settings, just showing the results on my system. I was able to increase Render Resolution and Terrain LOD
