Here is a tool-assisted speedrun of Operation C any%.

This TAS is using the current RTA strats, but with optimal jumping, I did some lag control (but not optimal), and precise shooting, timing, scrolling, etc. This TAS is not 100% optimal, but it is a study of what is allowed in a RTA speedrun (No UP+DOWN or LEFT+RIGHT glitches going through walls or crazy direction mashing to go off screen).

Timer is there for reference only, I did the split manually. Final time is 11:12.784 according to community rules.

TAS project done on Bizhawk. Music is weird at the beginning of stages, I don't know why. Whatever.
