I present to you 240 minutes and 10k moving parts

Using multiple games to create the First 240 minutes of Operation Market Garden, for the whole area of operations, using available games and their mechanics to understand the weight of the operation. The confusion, cohesion and fatigue were the mechanical concepts I wanted to see presented as a viewer and game player. And of course the randomness and operational scope all in one visual package, and again its a work in progress.

Let's see, in the lower right corner the first drops begin at 1300 hrs and the experience runs to 1630 hrs ish. You will recognize info boxes that inform about unit comp, the stats are there but not the focus- Command Ops 2 is set to delayed orders, though game speed is 2x for the most part-

both sides will have had my direction though many moments are AI controlled.

The area of operations is a character, as are the forces, each square is a kilometer sq unit sizes are as you will see Company size of 130 men on avg some hero plays happen as the unit population and personalities are factored in to the game.

So this is Market Garden Immersion test video one, there is one obvious error but the footage was needed so forgive see if u can spot it, kind of obvious lol. in one of the cut scenes if u will.

In the final piece the idea I am designing is a tight 240 minute experience following many different units during the operation and trying to cover examples of the full scale of confusion and cohesion within the first 240 minutes from the first trooper out of the plane.
