I made some noise on Instagram when they were promoting these glasses again. Pointed out that mine didn't last. I said how i emailed about them about replacment lenses, but they dont do that... ecen though the lenses pop out so easily. They pushed my issue to CS, and I got a fast response. But the rep was condescending about me being at fault.

Their response:

"This defect on the lenses usually happens if the glasses have been exposed to chlorine, saltwater or other chemicals such as sunscreens etc. We always recommend washing off your sunglasses after they are in contact with any of the elements above.

Our policy states that we will offer a single replacement for a pair of sunglasses within 12 months of being purchased if any defects arise. It looks like this pair was purchased in 2021 however, we can definitely make a one time exception for you on this one and offer a replacement. Please note that this will be the final replacement we send for this pair of sunglasses!"

My response to that message:

fuck off with that additude and the fucking use of an exclamation point at the end of the sentence. Like you are really doing me a fucking favor by gracing me with another set of the sunglasses.
