Believe it or not it took me a lot of time to make this video, so be gentle!
Description: I decided to try my luck with just me against 2x giants at the same time in Skyrim, near White Run at a place called Cradlecrush Rock. I'm using SMILODON and SMILODON Realistic Damage mods so I die in just one hit, and I do much less damage against massive enemies (Giants & Dragons). Since friendly NPCs do a ton of damage as well (villagers usually kill a dragon in about 20 seconds), I sent my follower away.
It took me probably around 1 and a half hours to take down the two giants just by myself and trap their souls! Sometimes they would die from the damage over time effect on my dagger before I could cast soul tap on them, other times the first giant's corpse became unlootable because it got knocked around so much by the second giant. All in all, it was a really fun experience, I guess you could call this the "Dark Souls of Skyrim" haha. If you make a single mistake you're dead. Many of the giants' attacks are unblock-able insta-deaths, including their annoying 1 second slap attack. The giants would often kill me through each other, I would often die because it didn't register my shield bash or it would register 0.1 second too slow.
I figured out that after a while the strategy is to divide and conquer; kill the first giant as quickly as possible! This is why I go all out: I stun him and use all of my poisons before the husband giant could reach me at the very beginning of a fight!
