1 weapon (hammer)

All life upgrades, energy upgrades, spirit light containers, and spirit shards skipped.
No seeds or quest items collected.
All spirits skipped besides "voice of the forest".

I used a turbo controller for part of it, but it is possible without a turbo controller (requires around 10 button presses per second, hard, but possible). Turbo controller was on 12 presses per second setting.
