Berry Surprise Pie Recipe:

Stir together in a saucepan:

1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
⅔ cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter , cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons rum (spiced)
1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch

Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly

Egg wash:
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
