3There are billions of nodes in the Open Street Map database.
I created a small app that draws the locations onto a bitmap.
New nodes are drawn red and fade to dark blue over time.
If more nodes are overwritten then they progress to a more lighter blue or green.
Actual render time was 1 hour 40 mins. This video was edited to speed x32.
