TIPS
1) Ploughs help with restoring soil fertility
2) Ploughed fields with yield better harvests
3) Order ploughs directly from farms
4) Maximum of three ploughs per farm
5) Each plough needs two oxen
6) Oxen live / can be created in cowsheds
7) Only bulls can become oxen
9) Make sure you always have farmworkers to feed ox and operate ploughs
10) Each plough will consumer 25 units of hay and water per month
