Addressing a public gathering in Chatra, Jharkhand, PM Modi said, "Our government is working to create new opportunities for the youth of Jharkhand. We are opening Eklavya Schools in tribal areas. Here in Simaria, we have also opened a Central School. Our effort is to improve roads and promote industries in this region. Highways like Hazaribagh to Ranchi, Hazaribagh to Koderma, and the Ormanjhi-Jainamod Expressway are part of the modern road network our government is building. The Tori-Shivpur railway line has been started for coal transportation. The foundation of the NTPC plant here was also laid by the Atal Ji's government. Our government also inaugurated this plant."
