FAQ on ELM:
✦How to uninstall it?
Just simply remove emergencylights.cs and ELM folder from the cleo folder.
✦Does it work on samp?
Yes, however it may crash the game if you were to leave your ELM on and enter a building or when the car spawns out of the map. The best option is to turn the ELM off before you get out of the car. Press F10 to off turn ELM (default button).
✦What vehicles it will work on?
Police cars, ambulance, military truck, FBI rancher, FBI truck, SWAT tank and firetruck. Basically any car with a siren on it.
✦Is siren sounds in this video part of ELM?
No, they are a separate mod. Download the siren sounds down below. If you want to know how to install it, you'll have to find a tutorial video on it since I haven't made a video on how to install siren sound mods. Sorry :-/
✦There is a black box appearing when I press F11, how to fix?
You might have to place the "american.gxt" file manually into the "text" folder in GTA SA directory. This will enable the text to pop up in the black box when you press F11. Also make sure that there is no other special mods that also uses F11 to enable, or else the mods may overlap and cause a glitch!
If this still doesn't work, you may have to reinstall ELM by deleting all ELM files from cleo. The "american.gxt" file can stay. I would suggest automatic installation from the ELM config application to reinstall. If the black box still appears when you press F11, you may need to seek help from the owner of this mod SAESAndy.
✦I did everything you've conveyed in this video correctly, why does my game keep crashing now?
You must have GTA SA v1.0 in order for the CLEO 4 and ELM mod to work. GTA SA version 2.0 will NOT support the cleo 4 and any cleo mods. Thus, resulting in game crashes. Sorry, but I can't do anything about this.
