Outer Wilds started out as a student game project which released as a free download back in 2013, it was loved by space game fans and in 2015 it surprised many people by wining the Indie Games Festival Grand Prize at the Games Developers Conference. This week it was finally released in a polished up form with much more story, locations, mysteries and dialogue.
I love it.

It's by no means an accurate representation of space, most planets are smaller than asteroids in the solar system, but that doesn't matter when you have a compelling world full of widgets to explore.
