Looking through my folder from a month ago which has recordings of long sessions of glitch hunting in this game I was finally able to find a clip which could be useful to a speedrun, the no door glitches category, Skip saves about 40s compared to the old route.

0:00 - minimise your hitbox by doing a vault and clipping into the gate
0:20 - do a neutal-jump to deload the level, then pause buffer so you land on the outside of the wall
0:30 - side-hop about 45° right and again pause-buffer to load the level in
