In this video, I quickly go over Tier 1 and 2 mod options for a technomancer build using blighted rounds, turret, and cold snap. I posted my personal build that I use for Ct15 carries daily and the only thing everyone kept asking is for options mod-wise without having any legendary items or tier 3 mods. I don't know which mods anyone has, so I just made a video simply telling you which mods might be useful in making this build better. These mods can be used to become at least decent on CT15s, you aren't going to be amazing. You can probably do pretty well if running with someone else who is geared already, or solo you might not do too badly as enemies are much weaker.
