Monroy, like many others left behind as the S.M. Flores left for Enoch, resented how he and millions more were left to die on earth. Instead of accepting his fate he and others would repair Caravel and go to Enoch before the Flores arrived, ultimately dooming the planet. There's hope though as Outrider and his crew have one more shot to to bring down pods and bring hope to the rest of the folks of Enoch.
