Outward: The Definitive Edition - Solo Play Vid 16
1Welcome travelers! Welcome to another video from Outward: The Definitive Edition solo playthrough. In this episode, we are completing Rissa's storyline which culminates in a siege of the city of Monsoon. I've chosen to ally with Rissa because she helped me in the beginning of the game with the "Blood Price" on my head and adopted me into her family. There is A LOT more gameplay to be discovered, but Outward Wiki states, "...(technically), each individual storyline is a complete game in itself which only takes about 20 hours. If someone wants to 100% the game and complete all storylines, it would take almost 100 hours. (More if the player wants all achievments)."
But I had figured this was a good place to wrap the playthrough and start a different game.
Final thoughts:
I absolutely LOVE this game. It has soo much to offer and you would never play the same game twice. Some missions time out, some give you limited options as what you can do with each choice you make, and some you can just fly through. "Fetch quest" here, "assassinate someone" there... The DLC's add a richness to the world that most games lack now adays.
***10/10, would play again!
