8EDIT: Change Tras to 66 please. It can be iffy as temps go up. And since I got better cooling on the ram, I’ve managed to drop the voltages to 1.45 from 1.47.
I also dropped the SA to 1.15. Stable so far.
I’m going to try reducing TX and memory controller voltages a little bit as well. 
I see a lot of videos doing 16 and 24 GB, figured I would do a little 2x32 GB OC guide for this 64 GB kit. This is with the 14900ks.
It is stable in testmem5 anta777 extreme for 1 hour, as well as Aida64 and windows memory diagnostic. 
I took off the Ram shrouds and set a 120mm fan in my case on it.
Never got above 45c.
