-Before overclocking be sure that you have good PSU because the power consumption will be increased.
-See if the cooling system can handle the temperatures while gaming (90C+ is bad)
-Monitor the temperatures using GPU-Z or MSI Afterburner while gaming.
-Overclocking can reduce lifespan of the card and in some cases can cause damage to your system.
